What’s been happening:

I am enjoying my 25th year in Operations, working three minutes from home in Rockville, MD, and managing a personal/professional balance. My wife of 12 years, Kathy (Clarion graduate from Pittsburgh), and twin boys Lance and Zack, keep me grounded and provide perspective on what is truly important. Visits with my family located up and down the eastern seaboard, and Kathy's in PA, allow us to maintain our family connections. As Director of Technical Operations for BAE Systems, Inc. I have been provided with the opportunity to pursue and resolve issues in operational efficiency. My Penn State '84 IE degree, an MBA in Finance from GWU '90, CSSBB, and PMP document my career progress, but Operations and Program Management with all of the Armed Services and Special Forces, TiVo (retail electronics was eye-opening), and with the United States Government Printing Office and Architect of the Capitol have provided the greatest value and experience.
